America's Apology to China

Can we just congratulate President George W Bush for his "expert" handling of the US spy plane affair, well done for not starting a nuclear war, it shows how grown up you are when you can actually admit you're in the wrong and resist stamping your foot and firing off a bomb.

We all know that America gave in in the end and issued an apology to China, but not many people have actually read that apology. The following is a recreation of what we think the apology said:
